Remove a property from Property Alerts

Property Alerts tells real-estate professionals about public records, such as foreclosure notices, tax-default lists and code-enforcement cases, in California, Texas and Florida. If one of these records is about your home, you can ask us to stop showing that property. It's free, and you don't need an account.

How it works

  1. Fill in the form below. We ask for your email address only to confirm the request and to contact you about it.
  2. We email you a link. Open it within 7 days to confirm the request.
  3. We stop showing the property in our alerts, exports, API and website, and a person reviews every request within one business day.

What removal does and doesn't do. Removal stops Record Flag from showing the property. It doesn't change the public record: the county, court or newspaper that published it keeps it, and other services may still show it. To ask about the record itself, contact the office that keeps it or the trustee named in the notice.

We report what public records say. We never contact homeowners, and we don't provide owners' phone numbers or email addresses to anyone.

Behind on your mortgage or property taxes? Free help is available from HUD-approved housing counselors: find a housing counselor near you. Be careful with anyone who asks for money up front to stop a foreclosure.

Your request

We use it only for this request.

Enter the street address, the parcel number, or both. The parcel number is on your property tax bill.

Please don't include ID numbers, account numbers or other financial details.
