A) Authorize the Director of Health Services, or designee, to execute an agreement with Santa Rosa Community Health to provide sexually transmitted infections prevention and collaboration services for the period of three years with an option of two one-year extensions, for an annual contract amount of $135,160 and a total not-to-exceed amount of $675,800.

Authorize the Director of Health Services, or designee, to execute an Intergovernmental Transfer Agreement with the California Department of Health Care Services related to the Medi-Cal Managed Care Capitation Rate Increase program with a term of January 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028, which will enable the Department to pull down Federal Financial Participation funding to reimburse it for the costs of serving the Medi-Cal population in the County.
B) Authorize the Director of Public Infrastructure to execute a Second Amendment to the agreement with WRA Environmental Consultants (WRA) for preparation of a BEI for the Mecham Road Mitigation Bank to extend the agreement term for two additional years, through October 24, 2028, with no change to the contract not-to-exceed amount. B) Authorize Sonoma County Water Agency’s General Manager acting on behalf of Sonoma County Water Agency, Occidental County Sanitation District, Russian River County Sanitation District, Sonoma Valley County Sanitation District, and South Park County Sanitation District to execute an agreement with Kleinfelder, Inc., in substantially the form presented to this Board, for as-needed engineering design services through June 30, 2031, in the not-to-exceed amount of $1,000,000.
