Authorize the General Manager of the Agricultural Preservation and Open Space District to enter into a funding agreement with the Camp Meeker Recreation and Park District to provide $1,421,252 for initial public access and operation and maintenance of the Camp Meeker Forest Open Space Preserve.
A) Authorize the Chair to execute a one-year agreement with the Sonoma County Fair and Exposition, Inc., ending on September 30, 2027, to conduct the annual County Fair and manage the County fairgrounds.
Delegate authority to the Director of Sonoma County Economic Development Collaborative (EDC) to execute the proposed funding agreement with the City of Petaluma, for the City of Petaluma to contribute $20,000 in support of the EDC’s Economic Development Fellowship position.
Adopt a Resolution to: A) Authorize the Director of Public Infrastructure (SPI) to execute Funding Agreements with Sonoma Marin Area Rail Transit District (SMART), in a form approved by County Counsel, for payments of amounts not to exceed $4,600,000, for SMART to design and construct the Old Redwood Highway at Eastside Road Project (C26208).
B) Award the construction contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, American Road Maintenance, in the amount of $470,380.
