Methodology. The counts come from public county records (recorder, clerk, trustee and tax-collector notices and sale listings), read about once a day. Each property counts once, on its current sale date. Postponed and cancelled sales are left out. Records for each county:

Embed this calendar

The calendar is free to put on your club, blog or local site: keep the “Powered by Record Flag” credit link that comes with it. The counts come from public county records, so sale dates can change and readers should check with the trustee or the county before they act.

How we count: every property whose sale is set for the date shown, by the sale date a recorded, posted or published notice or a sale listing gives, counted once even when several sources print it. A sale postponed to another date moves to that date; a cancelled sale is left out. Counts come from public records and can lag or contain errors, and sale dates change often: verify with the trustee, the clerk or the tax collector before you act. Owners' names and street addresses are never shown here. Members get each sale with its source link (paid plans the same day). Texas sales are held on the first Tuesday of the month (the first Wednesday when that Tuesday is January 1 or July 4), between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., at the county courthouse or the place the commissioners court designates; the notice names the exact start time and place.
