Property Alerts
Foreclosure, sale-date, tax-default and code-lien alerts for California, Texas and Florida. Free for 14 days on one county; paid plans are priced by area, and yearly billing is 10 times the monthly price.
Same day. Alerts usually arrive the same day the county posts the record, on every plan, free trial included.

- Cancel any time online from your account page. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not refunded except where the law requires.
- The free trial needs no card and lasts 14 days. When it ends, alerts stop unless you pick a plan.
- Stripe handles every payment. We never see or store your card number.
